We set up Clearsilver Brand Marketing in 2006, having spent our early careers with UK Top 50 agencies, building some of the world’s best-known FMCG, pet care and other consumer brands. A full-service agency based in Leeds, we work with clients in a broad range of sectors throughout the UK and Europe. We have a particular interest and expertise in working with education health& wellness, food and drink brands, retailers, B2B, and the Third Sector. And for good measure that are a couple of FTSE100 organisations in our client portfolio too!
As a very close-knit team, everyone here is personally engaged with, and involved in, all client projects from start to finish. Using extensive research and planning, combined with the knowledge of Clearsilver’s design, digital and PR specialists, everything is done to the highest standard, and no work goes out of the door until it’s precisely right.

James is a gem in the land of developers. He specialises in a number of areas including CMS integrations, Facebook Apps, email builds and fully functional complex websites. He’s worked across a variety of high profile projects at different agencies since graduating with a degree in Computer Science from Leeds University. He's responsible for building accessible, dynamic, responsive and secure web apps for Clearsilver's clients. His strengths of logical thinking and his inquisitive nature give him expertise in a wide variety of back and front end languages and frameworks which allow for the latest web trends and accommodate the most creative of designs.

David is an independent digital strategy and marketing consultant, he is a marketer with over 20 years of experience across both B2B and B2C, David has worked with some leading global brands and businesses on developing and delivering their brand and marketing communications strategies.
His experience includes agencies such as McCann and most recently Branded3 where he was MD. Clients he has worked with include Harley-Davidson, Walt Disney TV Intl, UPS, HSBC, American Airlines, Center Parcs, Bentley Motors, Travelex, Procter & Gamble.

A pedigree black Labrador, Millie has been with Clearsilver since the very beginning. Alongside her primary role (which mainly involves barking at the courier who delivers the newspapers) she enjoys taking part in client PR campaigns, such as donning pink paw-warmers for the annual High Heel-a-thon we organise for breast cancer charity The Haven. Outside work, she enjoys competing in field trials – and has actually won a championship in North Yorkshire!

Louise began her career in brand management and consumer planning at Pedigree Petfoods (Mars GB), where she developed the strategic marketing and brand communications skills she brings to all our clients’ business. She went on to become the first female board director at Poulter Advertising, and won The Grocer’s Best New Product for Fox’s Classic. She recently completed the IDM’s Diploma in Strategic & Digital Marketing, and chairs the Marketing Society’s North of England region: she’s also on the board of Leeds Enterprise Action Programme (LEAP), and a leading light in Downhill Only (DHO), Britain’s oldest ski club.

With a background in magazine journalism, PR and further education teaching, Nick has been stringing words together for a living since the 1990s, and for fun all his life. He spent three years as lead copywriter for Honda UK and Europe, and has written print and digital materials for (among others) Fortnum & Mason, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, the Royal Navy, Thistle Hotels and Capita Customer Management.

Victoria has over 10 years’ PR experience, delivering B2B and B2C campaigns for clients in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Notable highlights from her career include running the biggest-ever Breast Cancer Awareness Month campaign for national charity The Haven, achieving over £1million-worth of media coverage in 12 months for Welcome to Yorkshire, and securing a double-page spread in The Times for a Team GB athlete ahead of the 2012 Winter Paralympics in Sochi.
