Clearsilver goes to… Lunch! 2015


Regular visitors’ to the Lunch! Exhibition each year, held at the Business Design Centre in Islington, London, 2015 was no exception. Lunch! is the UK’s multi-award-winning trade show for the food-to-go industry. This year’s event attracted over 6000 trade buyers who were able to network, learn about important industry developments and source the latest innovative food to go products.

For some time now, we’ve been working with (our partners at) Mealtrak to create tailored ‘bite size’ packages aimed at helping young, entrepreneurial food brands. The aim of Mealtrak Bite Size (visual of logo) is to deliver insight and market intelligence to small, ambitious businesses where cost can often be a barrier in accessing quality data. All too often, this data is vital when opening dialogue with potential new customers.

There are two very affordable Mealtrak Lite packages geared specifically to the development needs and budgets of smaller food brands, which we’d love to share with you. Mealtrak’s insight and market intelligence panel polls 36,000 consumers regularly to evaluate which brands people are buying eating out of home.

Louise began her career in brand management and consumer planning at Pedigree Petfoods (Mars GB), where she developed the strategic marketing and brand communications skills she brings to all our clients’ business. She went on to become the first female board director at Poulter Advertising, and won The Grocer’s Best New Product for Fox’s Classic. She recently completed the IDM’s Diploma in Strategic & Digital Marketing, and chairs the Marketing Society’s North of England region: she’s also on the board of Leeds Enterprise Action Programme (LEAP), and a leading light in Downhill Only (DHO), Britain’s oldest ski club.
