What does Breast Cancer Awareness Month mean at Clearsilver?

This week marks the start of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 31 days dedicated to raising awareness and fundraising to find a cure and support men and women living with the disease. 2017 is a particularly significant year for the awareness-month as it marks the 25th Anniversary of the Pink Ribbon, an iconic symbol first created by Evelyn H Lauder in 1992.

Clearsilver goes to… Blush 15!

National breast cancer support charity, The Haven, chose the 1st October – the first day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month –  to host Blush 15. It’s always one of the highlights of the charity’s fundraising year, and this year it coincided with Gift Aid’s 25th birthday. Hopefully Gift Aid will apply to much of the money raised at Blush, optimising the charity’s income and enabling the Haven to deliver more services to breast cancer sufferers.
