Panama Hatty's enlisted the help of Clearsilver to promote their new 'Urban Lunch Menu' in their Manchester venue

Panama Hatty's is a unique dining experience with two restaurants, the focus of the launch being the Manchester city centre site.
Clearsilver needed to raise awareness of the new lunchtime menu to the Manchester public, encouraging more customers to the restaurant.

Panama Hatty's in Cheshire is already well established with a loyal customer base and the aim was to promote the new lunch menu in Manchester to drive new custom and interest towards the central location of the restaurant.
Clearsilver researched and created an invite list of relevant editors and key local business contacts. Then a press release and invite was issued to all local press and publications, as well as the restaurant's customer database. This ensured existing customers were rewarded for their loyalty and would in turn promote the new menu and restaurant to potential new customers.

Over 70 journalists and key members of press turned up to Panama Hatty's 'Urban Lunch' menu launch, which in turn secured them:
- A double-page spread feature on the restaurant in City Living magazine
- Social Diary features in 69 and YQ magazine
- Excellent online reviews on visitmanchester.com and citylife.com
Clearsilver delivered an exciting, innovative launch party which in turn generated extensive press coverage and a positive increase in lunch time visitors
