SmartFixIT Brand Building Campaign

SmartFixIT approached Clearsilver to create a launch brand strategy and communications plan for their IT Breakdown services business

Clearsilver developed a high impact, innovative, creative concept for SmartFixIT in the form of a memorable campaign featuring a series of four individuals in various states of distress caused by familiar IT problems.

In order to maximise awareness, ensuring the campaign was picked up by as many of the company’s target audience as possible and the brand was effectively portrayed, we developed an intensive media campaign across regional titles, monthly glossies and hard working tradesmen titles. Additionally, an outdoor branded AdVan featuring ‘The Strop’ concept toured Northern towns and cities attending key strategic locations.

The main brand campaign was supported by tactical Direct Marketing, regional competition giveaways and consumer promotional print.
