To raise consumer awareness and generate enquiries for SmartFixIT's computer support packages and helpline, a carefully targeted Direct Mail door drop campaign was created and delivered to key postcode areas in the North of England. The mailing included a free fridge magnet, reminding consumers who to call in the event of an IT emergency.
The DM activity formed part of a comprehensive marketing and brand communications launch plan.
