Following a competitive pitch, Leeds based creative brand communications agency Clearsilver have been appointed by IT specialist SmartFixIT to launch the company with a six figure spend in the final quarter of 2008.
SmartFixIT and Clearsilver began their relationship on October 1st this year. A Yorkshire based company, SmartFixIT offers a unique national solution to computer problems using a network of independent computer engineers/technicians and small IT businesses benefiting from a national brand and large company organisations and systems. The company’s specialists are locally based experts delivering a highly personal, reliable service direct to the home or office providing a one stop shop for home owners, businesses and organisations with IT problems.
Addressing the all too familiar frustration the public and commerce alike have on a daily basis with their IT technology, Clearsilver have focused on a strong creative concept for SmartFixIT developing a highly emotive campaign for the company, entitled ‘Help is at Hand’ featuring images of distressed individuals in stressful circumstances – The Sulk, The Strop, The Prayer and The Scream.
With Clearsilver’s support, the SmartFixIT team have already recruited local engineers/technicians in the Yorkshire/Lancashire regions and have now moved into the North East. National roll out is planned to be completed by end 2009.
