Our PR campaign for The Haven at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show brought the UK’s leading breast cancer support charity to both national and international attention.
The BBC’s coverage of the Chelsea Flower Show is one of the Corporation’s biggest TV events of the year. We formed a close relationship with the research team, leading to a filmed interview with garden designer Sarah Eberle, who created The Haven’s charity garden at the Show. As well as providing a six-minute slot on the main programme, this footage was used in a teaser clip on the BBC website.
We secured extensive coverage for the Breast Cancer Haven Garden in the national dailies, including the Times, Telegraph, Daily Express, Guardian and Mail, and image-led features in eight national gardening, home and lifestyle magazines. Fifteen regional magazines and five local TV stations also ran the story.
