The nation’s favourite grocery giant, Asda, enlisted the help of Clearsilver to create the Asda Beauty Essentials Microsite, a site which linked from the Asda.com home page.
The site was accessible for a specified period during which objectives of promoting various ‘essential beauty’ products were met successfully through a mixture of offers and discounts.
Main features included a holiday checklist, beauty, hair and skin product essentials plus beauty tips with recommendations for products. The mechanics of which delivered users an easy and accessible guide to the summer.
During the live period between 27th June to 4th August 2008 the site had just under thirteen thousand visitors and over twenty nine thousand page views.
Clearsilver’s e-skills have seen them become a firm favourite with ASDA.com, with both design and promotional mechanics for each campaign developed by the e-marketing team.
